The following example is a basic "lead sheet" containing just the right hand melody line and the chord symbols placed above the staff in the exact location that it is played in relation to the melody notes.

EZ Read Sheet Music

The following example is an enlargement of the EZ Read Sheet Music that I use on a regular basis.

I use EZ Read Sheet Music with most of my students for several reasons.
