Yes, they have natural talent, but a lot of time and effort needs to be invested for natural talent to take flight.

Here is habit #2 that will help you become a musical genius:

Practice Your Instrument Every Day — I know that this one is pretty obvious, but what do you do on the days when you just don’t have time to sit down and practice for 20 or 30 minutes?

If you are short on time, then just sit down and play through one song. If that’s too much, then play part of a song. 



By doing this you’ve accomplished something, which always feels good.
